Steve Perry is the owner and also serves as the host for Mainely Motorsports TV. This is a big task that he has taken on at the end of 2007, but one he is ready and willing to tackle. Currently, along with this new position, he is also a manager for Pullen Heavy Industries located in Saco, ME and also holds the position of Marketing Director for the Pro All Stars Series Tour based out of Naples, ME.

Steve Perry is from Windham, ME where he is joined by his wife Leeanne and their two girls Alicia and Andrea. Racing and Motorsports in Maine isn't something new for Steve. He's been involved in it since a very young age starting with his stepfather, Larry Ramsey, driving in the Limited Sportsman division at his local track of Beech Ridge Motor Speedway. His first true job as a pit crew member came in 1982 on the #87 Limited Sportsman car then wheeled by Bub Bilodeau. He then took a turn at the wheel and dabbled in the duties of driver between the years of 1987-1994. The year of 1995 brought him a different job. He became car owner of a Super Sportsman driven by Don Colpritt Jr. at Beech Ridge Motor Speedway. Coincidentally, they also won the championship that same year.

Steve then moved onto owning a Late Model/Pro Stocks from 1994-2004. A partnership with Scott Pullen formed SP2 Motorsports in 2004 allowing them to bring on the well known Mike Rowe. Together from 2004-2006 they traveled and competed from Florida to Halifax, Nova Scotia with Mike Rowe as the primary driver. They finished 2nd in the PASS North Point Series in both 2005 and 2006, but were able to wrap up the PASS South Point Series Championship in it's inaugural year of 2006.

He's made some great friends and connections over the years with other well known drivers having taken a turn at the wheel of one of his cars: Kyle Busch, Brad Leighton, Richard (Bubba) Pelton, and David Pinkham.

Look for him to pop up at any event, at any time.
